Hello.

1. Windows 10 version 1803 is one of Windows 10 versions. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history
2. One of the issues is that it may crash the way you are seeing.

Best regards

Hi,

On my Windows 10 20H2 machine it says that the version is: Microsoft Windows 10 [Version 10.0.19042.867].
In your notes it says "Windows 10 (x86 or x64) version 1803 - 20H2".

1. Can you explain what is version 1803?
2. What may be the issues with Windows 10 version 2004?

Thank you.

Michael

Hello,
the documentation for each version (in User's Guide) has the list of supported OS's in it.

An overview of these requirements is here: kb.opclabs.com/Versions .

For QuickOPC 2020.1, it contains:

Windows 10 (x86 or x64) version 1709 or later[2]
...
[2] There may be issues on Windows 10 version 2004 or later.

Just to make sure. I have upgraded to version 2021.1. I can keep on using the same BIN file I used for version 2020.1.

Correct?

Thank you.

Hi,

Can you please tell me if Microsoft Windows 10 (x86 or x64) version 1803 - 20H2 is supported by version 2020.1?

If not, should I install version 2021.1 to support Windows 10 20H2?

Currently, when I open a project, Visual Studio crashes on 20H2.

Thank you.

Yes,
the new version on the Website and on NuGet.

If you are covered by upgrade assurance, you keep using your license key file. Otherwise, you need to obtain a version upgrade.

Hi,

Thank you. Should we download from your website? What about the license (*.bin) file? How can we get it?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Michael

Hello,
you have asked to be notified when the new version is available.

We have released version 2021.1 yesterday.

Using the DAItemDialog.ClientSelector.InstanceParameters..., you can now access and modify the settings you needed.

Best regards
