Cannot connect Data Access client (timeout).
One more thing, when I open Matrikon Explorer and connect to the OPC Server, then I am able to browse for OPC items with no errors.
I will ask the customer to send me the setup file for this OPC server.
Thanks,
Michael

I don't think there are many items or branches... Quick OPC version 5.70.1152.1 is installed on the same computer and the sample .Net program also fails to browse...
Any idea how to proceed and solve this problem?
Thank you.
Michael

Thank you for your answer. I will check. By the way, Matrikon Explorer works fine with the same OPC server.

Is the server configured with large number of items or subbranches in the node the user is trying to browse into?
Best regards
