<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">I think that the file you mention should be generated by Delphi when you Import the Type Library of QuickOPC (see the Concepts document for precise name/identification of that library). Physically, this type library is located under Bin/easyopct.dll, so you can also point directly to the file when importing, but because we are registering it with the system, it should come up in the list of available libraries (it has EasyOPC in its name).
