OPC "Classic" HDA is not in any plans and will probably never be.
OPC UA Historical Access is in long-term plans, with no fixed date set.

Just to complete this topic, OPC A&E (Classic) and OPC UA Alarms&Conditions are both already implemented in QuickOPC.

the topic is quite old. Are there any plans to support Historical Data Access (HDA) with QuickOPC?

If yes, is there a time frame?

Unfortunately not - as of now, QuickOPC-UA does not support Historical Data or Alarms and Conditions.
