Subject: RE: OPC Labs Contact Form - Quick OPC Licence issue

Hi,

We found the solution in the meantime. Thanks for your quick response. My colleague was using an older licence…

Best Regards,

G.

replied by email, asking for:

1. Which version of QuickOPC are you using? Most reliable way to find out is to locate one of the assemblies (.DLL), right-click on it in Windows Explorer, select Properties, then switch to the Details tab and get the version and build from there.
2. Please send a screen snapshot of License Manager, with the license installed.
3. How did the license get to the computer? Using the License Manager as well?
4. What precisely do you mean by saying “the license is stated as Trial”: - what are the symptoms ro error message? Where do you see “trial”?
5. Which Windows versions are you running? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit system?

Best regards

Hi,

We're developping a software which needs access to some of your dlls. We have a valid licence installed (stated activated in the licence manager).
Although, from our software, in the "easydaclient" dll, the licence is stated as Trial.
Our software is developped in .Net.

Could you please come back to us as soon as possible? We must deploy the app next week, this is a critical point for our company.

Best Regards,

G. ADAMS
