I think this has been reported before, but never reproduced here and thus no fix. Interestingly, it was always with non-English systems I think.
A wild guess: Try to remove all certificates from the stores (manually by deleting the files, or use the UA Configuration Tool, kb.opclabs.com/Tool_Downloads ) and start over.

Hi!

My pc is gone so i changed pc and i reinstalled Windows 10 and opclab 2018.2. I have problem to connect with any opc ua server. I have tried also Explorer(Your Tool) and i have same problem.

I use same configuration that i have with old computer but doesn t works. Can you help me?
