Hello.

This is somewhat of a moot question because we do not offer guaranteed support contract. Everybody is supported (through the Online Forums) in the same way (and, leaving aside confidential info which is handled by email, everything stays public on the Web so you can check how we do the support). Officially we only provide support for the latest version, but in reality we help with older versions as long as that it is practical.

Security fixes, if needed, would be only made to the latest (=current) version. Older versions do not get any updates.
