Then you should not be concerned.

Our software exists to give you access to OPC data using the methods on its API. The purpose of the event logging is to help with troubleshooting issues that appear over the API. Occurrence of warnings or errors in the log does not constitute a problem in itself.

Are you also having a problem/error in the component API (e.g. in read results, or the error is being reported through MonitoredItemChanged event)?

hello,

i am getting the error "Server not responding to keep alive requests." in opcLabs log ( from logEntry ), what does it mean ? does it mean that opcLabs won't connect again to listening tags ?
attach the log file ( see the error at the end of the log file - line 21575 ).
